Shipping Instructions
Serum samples must be shipped 2nd day delivery through FedEx or United Parcel Service (UPS) and overnight when sending whole blood. Please see the specific instructions below for how to ship samples using these services. Please be sure to visit the website of or contact the testing laboratory prior to shipping for specific shipping requirements, pricing and testing schedule information.
What to Ship
Samples
Sample Submission Form
a. Enclose a completed sample submission form with the samples. Please use the proper form for the test you are submitting samples. The submission forms can be downloaded or obtained from the testing laboratory’s website or by contacting them directly.
Payment
a. Check or money order is accepted for payment and we recommend sending payment at the time of testing. Call BioTracking directly or visit BioTracking's page under Lab Locator for up to date pricing information.

a. Write “Exempt Animal Specimen” on the outside of the box.

c. Ship samples via overnight delivery if sending whole blood. Serum samples can be shipped via 2nd day delivery. Both shipping methods require coolant.
